Kagiso Trust schools infrastructure launch in Qwa Qwa, Free State: 3-4th September 2009

On the third and fourth of September 2009, the Kagiso Trust, in partnership with ABSA and the Free State Provincial Government, launched two fully equipped media centres, four refurbished and equipped science laboratories and a fully equipped computer centre at five rural secondary schools in Qwa Qwa, Free State. Education projects such as these form part of the Beyers Naude Schools Development Programme, one of The Kagiso Trust's main focus areas. The programme concentrates on improving facilities at secondary schools in poor communities throughout the country.
